4. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Listing or featuring an event, provider, organization, service, teacher, guide, or business does not mean that Nurtured Soul Sanctuary endorses, supervises, licenses, certifies, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for that person, business, event, service, or result.
We may curate and review submissions for mission alignment, but we do not independently verify every claim, credential, license, certification, method, modality, or outcome described by third-party providers.
Participants are responsible for using their own judgment before registering for or attending any third-party event.
5. Third-Party Events and Services
Some events or offerings listed on our website may be created, hosted, facilitated, owned, or operated by third parties.
Nurtured Soul Sanctuary is not responsible for third-party event cancellations, refunds, injuries, claims, policies, communications, services, results, or experiences unless we are the direct host or organizer of that event.
Each provider or event host is responsible for their own event details, safety practices, qualifications, insurance, policies, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.

By submitting an event, you confirm that:
You have authority to submit the event.

Nurtured Soul Sanctuary may edit submitted content for clarity, length, formatting, grammar, consistency, and mission alignment.
7. Photos, Logos, and Submitted Materials
By submitting photos, graphics, logos, flyers, written descriptions, captions, or other materials, you grant Nurtured Soul Sanctuary permission to use, reproduce, display, edit, and share those materials for the purpose of reviewing, listing, promoting, or featuring your event or offering.
You confirm that you own the materials or have permission to use and submit them.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Fees for listings, sponsorships, featured placements, submissions, events, or promotional features may vary.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for approved listings or completed promotional services are non-refundable.
If an event is not approved after payment, Nurtured Soul Sanctuary may provide a refund or offer an alternative approved listing opportunity.
If a provider cancels or changes an event, the provider is responsible for notifying registered participants and handling any refunds, unless Nurtured Soul Sanctuary is the direct event host and has stated otherwise.
9. Donations
Donations made to Nurtured Soul Sanctuary support our nonprofit mission and programs.
Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Nurtured Soul Sanctuary in exceptional circumstances.
Tax-deductibility may depend on our nonprofit status, the type of payment, and applicable law. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
