Our Purpose

We believe no one should have to navigate life’s most meaningful, vulnerable, or transformative moments alone.

Source Collective was created to support the human journey from its very beginning through its final chapters—from pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood to childhood, adulthood, major life transitions, aging, grief, and end-of-life support.

Our purpose is to create a community where people feel seen, supported, connected, and cared for throughout every season of life.

What if quality of life wasn’t a solo journey, but something we created together?

We envision a world where healing and well-being are rooted in community, where meaningful support is available regardless of circumstance, and where the work we do creates a ripple effect that improves lives across generations and around the globe.

Our Mission

Source Collective exists to create meaningful connection, expand access to healing and wellness, and support people through every stage of life.

Our work reaches far beyond one community. Through the people we employ, partner with, source from, and support, Source Collective is building a global network that touches lives across the United States and around the world—from communities in El Salvador and India to Canada and beyond.

Through workshops, retreats, support circles, wellness resources, education, scholarships, ethically sourced products, and community programs, we create opportunities for both the people receiving support and the people helping make that support possible.

Our mission is to make healing, connection, support, and personal growth more accessible—while creating meaningful impact in communities around the world.

The Founders

Jen Bel

Founder

Jen Bel is the founder of Source Collective, a nonprofit organization created to make healing, wellness, meaningful connection, and transformational experiences more accessible.

A writer, published photographer, intuitive channel, and longtime creator in the spiritual and self-development space, Jen has spent more than ten years building communities centered around personal growth, connection, and the deeper questions that shape our lives.

Originally from the East Coast, Jen moved to California more than 20 years ago, where the ocean became both her home and one of her greatest sources of inspiration.

Her work is also shaped by her most important role: being a mother to one incredible little girl, who continues to deepen her understanding of presence, love, and what truly matters.

Jen’s connection to nature deeply influences both her creative work and her approach to wellness. As a photographer and writer, she is drawn to the places where nature, the human experience, and spirituality intersect.

At the heart of everything she creates is a simple intention: to help people reconnect more deeply with their own soul, with one another, and with the part of themselves that remembers where they came from—the Source.

Two phrases that have long guided Jen are, “Remember who you are” and “Look within.” She believes that many of the answers we spend our lives searching for already exist within us, often hidden just beneath the layers of conditioning and expectation—the noise we accumulate along the way and the layers we came here to shed.

Her work is an invitation to quiet that noise, look beneath the surface, and remember what has been there all along.

Devin Geraghty

Co-Founder

Devin is the co-founder of Source Collective and a mother of five who has spent more than a decade creating child-centered learning environments through homeschooling, community co-ops, and hands-on educational experiences.

Originally from the East Coast, Devin moved to California more than 20 years ago and has since built a life centered around family, community, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Her experience extends beyond education. Devin has volunteered in programs, such as emotional intelligence leadership training and has a natural ability to encourage others to look inward, challenge old patterns, and do the deeper personal work that creates lasting change.

She is passionate about helping people recognize their own strength, take responsibility for their growth, and move toward more intentional and connected lives.

Through Source Collective, Devin brings her experience in community building, education, emotional growth, and supporting others through meaningful transformation.
